Step 5: Try Asking to Be Verified
Finally, Instagram has said it’s “not currently possible to request or purchase a verified badge.”
However that’s not totally true.
It isn’t easy to get a badge this way, but it’s an option. It’s all about getting in touch with the right people. For instance:
- Work with or for a large digital agency that represents celebrities. Many of these companies already have an “in” with moderators who fast-track requests.
